Quebec, guest of honour

After Porto, Munich, Fukuoka and Saint-Petersburg, the town guest of honour this year is Quebec. This city has a number of technical, economic and cultural exchanges with Bordeaux. A pavilion is dedicated to it with different activities on the agenda.

François Blais François Blais, chef of the prestigious Relais et Château Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec, honours Quebec’s quality gastronomy with a dinner to launch BORDEAUX CELEBRATES WINE, the Taste Workshops and the “Welcome to the World” lunch given by Alain Juppé.

The 24th June, carte blanche will be given to famous artists to share the National holiday of the people of Quebec.  On the agenda: Natasha St Pier, The Lost Fingers, Jonathan Roy, Mlle Fizz and Clio.
