Inspired by the book “Grands Crus Classés, Grands Chefs Etoilés, Bordeaux 1855” published by La Martinière and in partnership with the Conseil des Grands Crus Classés en 1855 (Committee of the great wines ranked in 1855), an exhibition conceived from photos by Iris L.Sullivan enhances the art of gastronomy and the excellence of the wines.
