These taste workshops run by chefs offer an introduction to cooking.
These workshops will take place in the AAPrA premises. The aim of the AAPrA, Association Aquitaine de Promotion Agroalimentaire (Aquitaine association for the promotion of the food industry), is to develop the consumption of farm produce from the Aquitaine region in France and abroad.

Left bank quay
This moment is the occasion to share a huge picnic by the edges of the Garonne River. Everybody can bring along his or her picnic basket or choose from the dishes at the Gastronomy Pavilions and sample them quietly on the left bank of the river, thanks to a giant table specially laid for the occasion.
