They can discover the wines of their choice at their own pace and meet with wine growers in the 8 Appellation Pavilions (Médoc/Graves, L'Or de Bordeaux (sweet white wines), Blancs Secs (dry white wines) and Rosé de Bordeaux, Bordeaux - Bordeaux Supérieur, Saint-Emilion - Pomerol - Fronsac, Les Côtes de Bordeaux, Brand-name wines, Aquitaine wines) and wine merchants in the 3 Millésime Pavilions (Castel, Cordier Mestrezat, Ginestet).
