context of articles providing information about,
and promoting, Bordeaux, to the exclusion of any
advertising or commercial use.
Any utilisation other than that expressly authorised
above may lead to litigation. In keeping with the
French law dated 11 March 1957, the photographer
of every reproduced photo must be cited.
All reproductions of any of these images must be
accompanied by the words: The BORDEAUX WINE FESTIVAL
/ Name of the photographer.
These words must appear in close proximity to the
reproduction or in a table enabling anyone to clearly
identify which photographer is responsible for which
photos.
The publication making use of the photos will undertake
to send 2 complete original copies of the printed
